Kiehl’s annual LifeRide for amfAR is coming back for an encore on August 1, after raising $85,000 last year to support The Foundation for AIDS Research. Over the course of six days, motorcycle enthusiasts – including celebrities William H. Macy, Tricia Helfer, and Fred Durst – either took to the road or leant their support at events along the coast of California. This year, the LifeRide will kick off in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square and will conclude with a block party barbecue held outside of Kiehl’s flagship store in New York City’s Lower East Side.

The ride alone raised $60,000 during the inaugural event, but an additional $25,000 was generated through proceeds from Kiehl’s Limited Edition Ultra Facial SPF 15 Moisturizer. So if helmet hair isn’t your thing, lather on some of the lightweight, 24-hour Limited Edition Facial Cream this year and you can still do a world of good. Kiehl’s is donating 100% of the proceeds – up to $25,000 – from the cream to support amfAR. Each bottle features a specially designed motorcycle motif that is inspired by the event.

The Limited Edition Ultra Facial Cream will debut at the kick-off event in Philadelphia and will retail for $24.00 for 1.7 oz.
